Muzaiki Streamer Terms

1. Approval and access

Streamer access is not automatic. Muzaiki may approve, deny, pause, suspend, or remove streamer access at its discretion for safety, platform integrity, policy violations, abuse, inactivity, fraud concerns, or operational reasons.

2. Account eligibility

To use streamer tools, you must maintain an eligible Muzaiki account, provide accurate information during application and setup, comply with platform rules and applicable law, and complete any required payout setup if monetization is involved.

3. Streamer responsibilities

• Use session, join, event, and review tools responsibly.
• Accurately represent your stream, queue rules, and review process.
• Avoid misleading artists about placement, payment, support, or guaranteed exposure.
• Follow community and content rules.
• Avoid abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative behavior.

4. Session and queue rules

Muzaiki may provide different queue options, submission paths, or support-related features depending on the active platform configuration. Streamers may not bypass, alter, fake, or interfere with platform queue handling, payment logic, support logic, or platform visibility rules unless explicitly authorized.

5. Support, fees, and creator share

Muzaiki may retain 10% of eligible cash support, streaming-related support, or related monetized transactions to help cover platform services, payment processing, administrative costs, fraud prevention, and related operating expenses.

The remaining eligible creator share, if any, is tracked in the streamer wallet according to current platform rules.

6. Payout eligibility

Payouts are only available for eligible earnings that have cleared platform review and any applicable fraud, refund, dispute, or processing checks.

• Minimum payout threshold: $25
• Payout timing may depend on platform review, fraud checks, processing windows, or other admin controls.
• Muzaiki may delay, hold, deny, or reverse payout where necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or technical review.

7. Content and conduct

You may not use streamer tools to promote, encourage, or facilitate illegal content or conduct, copyright abuse, fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate, spam, manipulation, or attempts to game platform systems.

8. Pauses, suspensions, and enforcement

Muzaiki may pause or suspend streamer access at any time if there is a concern involving rule violations, misleading conduct, payment or fraud risk, abuse of artists or users, technical misuse of the system, or legal or safety concerns.

9. Platform changes

Muzaiki may change, improve, limit, remove, or replace streamer features at any time. This includes changes to queue rules, overlays, event tools, support features, fee structures, payout flows, and discovery features.

10. No guarantee of earnings or exposure

Streamer access does not guarantee income, audience growth, promotion, artist participation, or continued access. Muzaiki provides tools and infrastructure, not magic beans.

11. Beta / limited-release status

If streamer tools are in beta, pilot, or limited rollout, you understand that some features may change quickly, bugs may occur, workflows may evolve, and some functions may be limited, paused, or rebuilt.
